Talvora Technologies Private Limited operates the PayMytra product. CIN: U62011TS2026PTC213959. Registered office: #302, Sai Teja Residency, Vandanapuri, Beeramguda, Ameenpur, Ramachandrapuram, Medak – 502032, Telangana, India.

Product description

PayMytra provides software tools for Indian businesses to manage employee records, attendance, leave, salary calculations, payslips, salary-payment records, documents, compliance exports, accounting records, and employee access.

Eligibility and accounts

PayMytra is intended for Indian businesses and their employees. Business account owners are responsible for account access, workspace setup, and invited users.

Employer responsibilities

Employers are responsible for entering accurate employee, attendance, leave, salary, payroll, payslip, and payment information. PayMytra helps organize and calculate records, but employers must review and approve all payroll and employee data.

Verified payslips

A PayMytra verified payslip means the document can be checked against a PayMytra-issued record. It does not mean bank verification, UPI verification, government verification, credit verification, lender approval, or independent audit approval.

Salary payments

PayMytra does not currently hold, pool, or transfer employer salary funds. Salary payments are made externally by the employer through UPI, bank transfer, cash, or another chosen method. PayMytra may record payment evidence and status but does not guarantee that a bank or UPI payment has been completed unless a supported provider confirms it.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse PayMytra, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, falsify salary or employment records, or use the product to misrepresent employee history.

Fees, suspension, and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, non-payment where billing applies, or legal reasons.

Disclaimers and disputes

PayMytra is provided on an available basis. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. These terms are governed by Indian law.
