Information we collect
We may collect account information, business information, employee information, phone numbers, email addresses, attendance records, leave records, salary information, payroll results, payslips, payment references, uploaded documents, support messages, device information, usage logs, and security activity.
How information is used
We use information to operate PayMytra, manage accounts, authenticate users, calculate payroll, create payslips, record salary-payment evidence, provide employee access, improve the product, provide support, prevent misuse, and meet legal or operational requirements.
Employers and employees
Employers can see records created under their own business workspace. Employees can access their own linked employment records. PayMytra does not automatically share private salary history with other employers.
Service providers
We may use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, communication, analytics, payment-provider integrations, WhatsApp or email notifications, and security monitoring.
Selling data
PayMytra does not sell personal information.
Payslip verification
PayMytra verification only confirms whether a payslip matches a PayMytra-issued record. It does not confirm bank payment, UPI settlement, government approval, creditworthiness, or lender eligibility.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, meet legal requirements, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Rights and requests
Users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of applicable personal information by contacting privacy@paymytra.in. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate operational or legal reasons.
